What three words would we use to describe Graham?
Solution focused

Graham is always looking for new, even more effective ways of helping our clients to flourish. He is innovative and grounded in evidence based research, making sure our designs are at the cutting edge of leadership and learning and that we keep challenging our partners to grow. A skilled and experienced facilitator, he also translates that design thinking into what that means on a day to day basis for learners.

That definitely describes Denise! She loves people and likes nothing more than engaging with them as an experienced facilitator, client relationship Manager or in collaborative sessions to problem solve or define strategies.

Ruth Donde.

Action orientated

Ruth is passionate at making sure we are always providing the very best quality of delivery and outcomes for our clients. Her own action orientation drives a real focus on helping all of our learners at any level to put their learning into action immediately, to have immediate and sustainable impact; this is one of the things that really help Mantle to stand out from the crowd and Ruth is a master at it and has a passion for developing mastery amongst our team.

Graham has twenty five years business experience working in operations, human resources and management consulting roles.

Denise has over 30 years of experience in leading and developing people, in a career ranging from an Officer in the armed forces to Senior Group Learning and Development roles in some of the UK and New Zealand’s largest organisations.

Ruth Donde

Ruth is passionate about leadership and the impact of personal & professional development on individuals, relationships and organisational outcomes.

Anton Ashcroft

Tertiary qualified in psychology and passionate about fostering great leadership , Anton has many years of experience facilitating both individual leaders and groups through the process of change personal development and conflict resolution.

Lettie Dalton

A highly experienced, commercially astute and passionate Facilitator, Coach and Trainer, with a proven background of working with corporate organisations worldwide to empower, motivate and engage people.

Sharon Kempthorn

Highly motivated and results-oriented senior human resources professional with experience in retail, professional services, private healthcare and finance sectors.

Joanne Ostler

Nikki has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Degree, specialising in Coaching and Mentoring and is a qualified Life, Executive and Workplace coach.  In addition to being an NLP Practioner, she is a Master TetraMap facilitator, Talent Dynamic Flow Consultant & Ignition! Youth Coach.

Rochelle Trail

Rochelle has a passion for knowledge acquisition, understanding human behaviour and people development.

She has an engaging style in imparting information and enjoys making it relevant and applicable to the audience.

She is also passionate about staying up to date with current research in the field of leadership and personal development.

With qualifications in natural health, nutrition and psychology, she takes a holistic perspective when working with clients, which encompasses all aspects of their wellbeing.

Jon Dunning

Jon is an experienced people leader, facilitator and coach. He has a proven ability to engage, Jon seeks to develop and maximise individuals and high performance teams. Whether in a small team environment or a large, complex and diverse organisation, Jon looks for opportunities to translate the strategic into operational, meet customer demands and stakeholder needs while developing partnerships for sustainable outcomes.
