Roxy Pringle
Operations & Administration
AKA “The glue”
Meet Roxy
When I joined Mantle in 2019, leadership development wasn’t a field I had specifically set out to build a career in. What drew me in was seeing the impact this work can have on people. Supporting leaders to grow their confidence, capability and self-awareness aligns strongly with one of my core values; helping others be the best versions of themselves.
My background spans administration, project management and event management, where I developed many of the skills that now support the successful delivery of Mantle’s programmes. My education and experience have taken an eclectic path, including studies in travel and tourism, sociology, criminology and business administration. Together, they’ve given me a deep curiosity about people, what motivates them, and how they learn and grow.
At Mantle, I focus on operations, administration and programme delivery. While I may not be the person facilitating a workshop or coaching a leader, I’m privileged to work alongside our clients, participants and Associates throughout the journey. From coordinating programmes behind the scenes to supporting participants throughout their experience, there’s a good chance we’ll cross paths if you work with Mantle.
One of the things I’ve come to believe is that leadership isn’t reserved for those with a particular title or position. We all influence others in some way. That’s why I’m passionate about the mindset, skills and tools we help people develop, because I believe they have the potential to benefit every person, both at work and beyond.

How Roxy works
I believe the best learning experiences happen when people feel supported, informed and able to focus on their development rather than the logistics around them. My role is to create the conditions that allow that to happen.
I enjoy being the person behind the scenes connecting people, systems and processes to create seamless experiences for clients and participants. Whether I’m coordinating a programme, improving a process or solving an unexpected challenge, I focus on clear communication, strong relationships and attention to detail.
I believe small things matter. A well-timed email, a welcoming experience or a process that simply works can have a significant impact on how people engage, learn and grow. That’s what motivates me every day.

Beyond work
Outside of Mantle, life is centred around family, books and making the most of the outdoors. Since moving from New Zealand to the Gold Coast in 2022, my son and I have embraced the Queensland lifestyle, spending as much time as possible at the beach, by the pool or enjoying the sunshine.
I’m a lifelong bookworm and have recently developed a habit of collecting beautiful special-edition books faster than I can read them. I also enjoy cooking and experimenting in the kitchen, whether that’s trying a new recipe or putting my own spin on an old favourite.
I returned to tennis after a long break and now serve as Secretary and Treasurer of my local tennis club, proving that I apparently don’t know how to do hobbies by halves.
