Kimble has been a key part of our Mantle team since 2019 and has considerable expertise working within the fields of leadership development, learning, and corporate strategy over the past two decades.

“The alignment between my values, and those of the Mantle leadership team, made the Directorship a natural next step,” says Kimble. “It’s an exciting future ahead at Mantle and I’m looking forward to being part of it!”

While the role sees Kimble join our leadership team, he will continue to have an integral and hands-on involvement supporting leaders in achieving their potential. (After all, our clients wouldn’t have it any other way!)

Kimble is also putting his passion for learning into practice by studying towards qualifications in psychology and a teaching certificate in mindfulness.

The appointment coincides with Mantle Co-Founder, Denise Carter, shifting into a high-level strategic role to help us achieve the many exciting plans we have for the business.
